  Soo dirty rooms and bad service

  Liked: The room too much dirty and the bathroom too and hotel service soo bad they asked me to take my clothes to the reception to do laundry!!!!!

  Liked: The location

  Disliked: We were disappointed with the fact the restaurant was not open on a Sunday for Guests, charging the same price for the food that we had to eat at a table not suitable either too low or too high. Our food arrived cold, (a Curry) a dish that we have had in the past and enjoyed. we had 1 beer and some tap water. The breakfast chef was very accommodating. On check out we removed the service charge and noted £10 for a glass of wine we never had. we had to convince the reception that we never had a glass of wine, but they had already took it from my card, we did call for the duty manager who eventually arrived and it was a maintenance manager doubling up as duty manager, dressed in his work gear Shame as we thought "HiIlton" as a good standard of hotel.

  Good location - service could be improved

  Liked: Good location. Good room. Reasonable breakfast and executive lounge

  Disliked: No concierge available on arrival or departure. No help with baggage. Requested bed for child in room but was not made up on arrival - admittedly was rapidly corrected
