Fabulous
Liked: Great location, good size for a family of four, well equipped and amazing staff that is very responsive and friendly
Disliked: The pillows are really really hard and should be changed or least provide alternative softer pillows for ones who can't sleep on very hard pillows.
Liked: The apartments were very clean and well stocked with tea, coffee pods, milk. Great communication from the hosts and they provided lots of useful info and recommendations. It's a 25 minute walk into the centre but we knew that when booking and there are shops and restaurants right next door.
Disliked: My friend said the single bed was a little uncomfortable.

Liked: The location was about 15mins from where we wanted to be which was good bus stop right outside the property.
Disliked: The thing if it is possible to have a summer quilt as the one we had was a heavy winter type and need to put some dish cloths and spray to wipe down the table and work tops. This is not a complaint but with the weather we are having the quilts were very hot.
A comfortable, well equiped, quiet flat in a relatively new building complex. Good location
Liked: The location was very good, supermarkets were just a few steps away. The kitchen was optimally equipped.
Disliked: Cancelled by owner 2 hours before arrival due to flood
