  Disappointing this time. Excellent last time. Won’t book against

  Liked: Great hotel but we were forced to move room to a smaller one than we had billed post way through our stay and the hotel has since refused to compensate us at all for this inconvenience despite booking.com asking them on our behalf.

  Disliked: Being forced to move past way through our stay and the new room not being ready when they said, messages not passed on between staff. Refusal to provide any compensation.

  Great values for money, except the dinning room prices were very high

  Liked: The total experience was very good. An issue with the room. But a comfortable sleep.

  Liked: The spacious room!

  Disliked: The tiles in the shower need a proper scrub. Not just a wipe, a cleansing scrub. I would have liked to be able to open the window a little, but it was stuck.
