Clean and close to public transport, nice garden out the back, within our budget

Liked: It was clean and close to bus transport into the city centre

Disliked: Could do with a repaint as looking a little worn, the we couldn’t get the back sliding door to lock, the agents apologise and sorted a locksmith, we were able to lock the door with our padlocks so we were safe. We had to pay a bond on top of the accommodation fee, but considering that the place had wear a tear it seemed very unnecessary for a two night stay for us, but understood as it is a university city, so took photos before we unpacked.

A pleasant stay but wouldn’t return

Liked: The property was very clean, and in a quiet suburban neighbourhood which was perfect for us. Very close to Cambridge Town Centre. Also it was handy that there was a baby gate for our toddler and fans in the property.

Disliked: The sofa was extremely uncomfortable. We assumed it was a sofa bed because whenever you sat on it you’d sink straight into a hard metal frame and the wooden edges would dig into the backs of your legs. As a family we couldn’t enjoy a movie together in the two evenings we were there. Our 12 year old went upstairs and laid on her bed as she was so uncomfortable sitting on the sofa, and my partner and I ended up sitting on the dining room chairs.
