  It was cheap but not very cheerful

  Disliked: Didn't even get out of the car, outside just full off crack heads, absolutely filthy car park over grown. Just a horrible place. My work lads refused to stay and when I requested a partial refund the message was not very pleasant

  It is very unlikely that we would stay in the same property should we return to Cambridge

  Liked: It did the job of somewhere to sleep and shower but little more.

  Disliked: When we arrived there was garden furniture and debris strewn all over the parking area at the front of the house where we wanted to park, plus slabs of concrete in the way of the front door. I had to move everything. It was also the first place that I have ever stayed in that had no loo roll in the en-suite toilet.

Good to know

There is a 24-hour self-check-in facility. Keys can be collected only after 10:30, by prior arrangement.

To comply with restrictions and the law during the National Lockdown period, this guest house is open for customers who have to travel for work purposes and other legal exemptions only.

Check-out times vary, Monday to Friday check-out time is before 10:30 and for weekends and Bank Holidays the check-out time is before 11:30. Later check-out may incur a charge.

Please be aware that no meals are served at the property but a toaster, microwave, fridge, kettle, cutlery, seating and tables are available.

Please note that the Lantern Guest house is closed on Sundays.
