  Just don't stay there

  Disliked: Facilities in room 136 were unacceptable. The bathroom was in a cupboard with no fan or ventilation of any kind and a door that didn't close. The water flow in the shower was barely a trickle and not enough to wash with. The carpet was dirty, the bed looked and felt like it was 20 years old. Though it was cold outside, the room was stifling so the small old window had to be open despite the fact that someone could have entered through the window, as there was stairs to the area outside. You could hear water from other rooms emptying into a drain or something right outside the window. The room was dark and dank. I haven't seen a hotel room this bad since the 1980s.

  Friendly reception staff but wouldn’t stay again

  Liked: Staff were very friendly

  Disliked: Very dated. Plug socket too far from kettle so had to put on the floor to use (not ideal). Bed wasn’t comfortable very worn and you just sunk.

  When we arrived we had to wait for 15 minutes because they could not find our room as the receptionist was new. We had

  Comfortable and Lovely staff

  Disliked: A little noisy but the road and our secondary glazing was partially missing so not at all effective.

Please note that there are only 5 car parking spaces at the property, and these are given out on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations can only be made for guests that require a disabled space.

Please note Wheelchair elevator is currently not operational. To access the Double Room - Disability Access, you must descend 5 stairs and access this room from rear of the building

The thermal suite can only be booked for 30 minute sessions.

When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

The Spa area is Females Only and is closed during public holidays and public holiday weekends.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
