Liked: Location and history...staff were very nice and friendly

Disliked: A bit tired and dated...unbearable noise from building works from 6am in the morning with dust everywhere Too expensive for tired accomadation facilities. No TV, iron or ironing board and minimal plugs

Staff were nice. Cambridge is lovely. It is very quiet and a bit creepy at night as there is no-one

Disliked: There was nobody around so it was a bit creepy at night

    Perfectly acceptable but not great

    Liked: Great location.

Disliked: The room was very hot, there was no way of regulating the heating, so I slept with the window open but this went out to a very busy road so I kept waking up. There are works being done to the building I was staying in so everything was covered in dust sheets - this wasn't communicated beforehand. The breakfast was fine.

Convenient and lovely location, very helpful staff but poor quality accommodation

Liked: The breakfast was excellent as was the location. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Disliked: I was not told before I arrived that building work was going on. I was given a room overlooking the building site and the back of shops but the porter kindly helped me move to a slightly better room. It looked out on the entrance to the building site but at least there was a nice tree outside the window. This would not have been suitable for anyone with e.g. asthma as the place was a bit dusty. The bin was emptied every day but towels were not changed and the shower room was not cleaned. Had to ask for an extra duvet to go over the mattress as bed springs were uncomfortable.
