Pleasant
Overall met expectations for the money
Liked: Location was good, relatively comfy bed, great value for money.
Disliked: Mattress was stained
OK for last minute booking
Liked: We booked it last minute because our flight from Stansted was cancelled. Bathrooms were very clean. We were on the side of building which was quiter. The room was ok.
Disliked: The smell in the room was not nice, but you will get use to it.

Disliked: The smell of piss of the carpet and the mites itching me all night. For the price I paid it's an absolute dumpter. Never again

Liked: Don’t stay here Says it open online but it’s closed, impossible to get into, the staff next door said this happens lots and they receive lots of negative feedback too. All we wanted to do was leave our bags and then had to find a locker to do so. People were getting kicked out at 2am and warning us on the way down not to stay the night.
Liked: Great location and friendly staff and locals!

Please note entertainment evenings are taking place in the bar on Thursdays (until 02:00), Fridays and Saturdays (until 03:00). Please be aware that these continue into the early hours and are lively, so some music sound may be heard from below.
Please also note that bedrooms have shared bathroom facilities, which have been refurbished in December 2015.
Please note guests under the age of 18 can only be accommodated when accompanied by a parent or a guardian.
The restaurant is currently closed but there are restaurants, cafes, coffee shop and a Sainsbury grocery store nearby.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
