  Liked: ​It was a pleasant one night stay. The room was bright, clean, and equipped with everything I needed, including a very comfortable bed that made for a restful night. The landlady was warm, friendly, and always available if I needed anything. The area felt safe, with plenty of parking available around the accommodation. Most importantly for my trip, it was only about a 5-minute drive to the hospital, which made getting back and forth completely stress-free.

  Would definitely stay there again if I was in the area

  Liked: The owner is a lovely lady and I felt that she really welcomed me into her home. It was a stressful time as my daughter was in Addenbrooks, but Ruth was so friendly and really put my mind at ease about staying there, so one less thing to worry about. It was within walking distance of the hospital on a quiet street, which was a plus. Breakfast was more than ample with plenty of options. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience at The Holly Trees

  Overall a good experience

  Liked: It was close to the hospital bus station where you can get a regular bus route (every 15-20 minutes) to the city centre The host was absolutely lovely, and extremely helpful

  Like staying in a friend's house

  Liked: Great location for an early start on the Addenbrooke's site. Friendly and welcoming.
