  very good value for money if internet, water heater and plumbing can be sorted

  Liked: newly done up kitchen, very thoughtful provisions of dishwashing soap, washing machine pods, ironing board, drying rack etc. Basically there was nothing that was not thought out except for the internet and plumbing. Responsive hosts who tried to fix the issues.

  Disliked: Plumbing is wrong, the water in wash basin and shower does not drain, the water in shower keeps turning very hot and cold in short 20 second cycles and wifi is very flaky. keeps dropping. If they sort out these issues, it would be a wonderful deal, but without that it does not work despite the thoughtful gestures. Also, the entrance to the building is dirty, hence the newly renovated apartment comes as a very pleasant surprise. But it is very noisy at night.

  A place that feels like home

  Liked: The place locates at the most vibrant part of the city. Super convenient. Lots of great restaurants around. Walkable distance to most of the attractions.

  Disliked: The bed was a bit too soft. If you prefer quietness, the buzzling on the street may not be to your liking.

  Loft apartment in Cambridge

  Liked: The apartment is well configured and rooms and furnishing very pleasant. The kitchen is very well-equipped which made cooking very easy. The location was quiet and within easy reach of both the rail station and city centre. There was a minor problem on arrival but Peter responded, was at the door within minutes and problem resolved. Excellent customer service.

  Disliked: Being a loft apartment there are eaves to avoid. A taller person would have to take extra care in some areas. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no lift so carrying heavy luggage could be difficult for older guests.

  Comfortable safe stay

  Liked: The location is great and feels safe. Very well equiped, even with a washing machine and a dishwasher.

  Disliked: Noise from the street due to single glazed windows and poor insulation, but that is the British standard;) The bed and the sofa are comfortable for sleep, but if you are a bigger couple you might find it very narrow.
