  Comfortable central stay

  Liked: Walking distance to the city centre, comfortable bed and the house was pretty quiet.

  Disliked: Very very minor thing but more milk for hot drinks would have been great.

  Liked: The building is very close to the train station. The room was clean. It was quiet during the night.

  Liked: The facility is in a great location, 10 minute walk to the city center. Bathroom a bit small but okay if travelling alone. Overall, enjoyed my stay.

  Liked: The bed was comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean.

  Disliked: There was no fridge in the room for storing milk or refridgerables. I had a limited choice of tea and coffee, and no teaspoon was provided for stirring! For a double room, it was very small, and the bathroom was like a shoebox. It was tedious needing to key in a code for using the bathroom. Housekeeping seemed limited to emptying the bin, not making the bed or changing towels. I couldn't get any terrestrial stations on the TV. The wifi password provided in the room was wrong. In a panic, I rang Claire (my call wasn't answered), then noted that it said that any calls (outside of informing there was a fire) would incur a £50 fee! Claire's curt response via email basically told me to turn the TV on & off. Thankfully Netflix worked. A nice touch would be at least providing visitors with proper instructions re TV & Wifi and a map of Cambridge given guests are out of towners and overseas visitors like myself. I wouldn't stay again or recommend.
