Fabulous
The hotel was very average and we will not be returning
Liked: The location was good. No outside street noise heard in the room. Good to have a safe in the room although not secured in position. Also good to iron and ironing board in room. Staff very pleasant and helpf
Disliked: The room felt very basic eventhough it was supposed to be an executive room. The breakfast was just okay and not iworth the money. Overall the room felt a bit like a Premier Inn room hence the reason for feeling disappointment as a Premier Inn room would have been cheaper.
Great hotel. Central location
Liked: Great location, lovely staff and clean room with fridge and some added complimentary treats!
Disliked: The bed wasn’t very comfortable. I did ask for another duvet to lay over the top, and they added an extra mattress topper.
Outstanding as always
Liked: Excellent, as always. Really comfortable, clean, great staff, and generally excellent as round.
Disliked: The hot chocolate part of the coffee machine was broken for at least two days. It's a very minor inconvenience but it would have been perfect if it had been fixed earlier.
My stay was short but I would return for a longer stay
Liked: Staff were very helpful when my room wasn't ready on arrival. Breakfast was help yourself and good selection
Liked: Great location good hotel always stay here
Disliked: All good
Liked: Great location and lovely hotel
