  Good stay. Some staffing issues to become more professional in front of guests. Wouldn’t stop us staying again though

  Good location for a trip to Chester

  Liked: This is a good location on the edge of the city centre

  Disliked: Getting to the hotel can be confusing if you are trying to use your satnav. Some of the information about the wifi password was incorrect in some of the communication from the hotel

  Not sure we’d go again

  Liked: The staff on reception were lovely

  Disliked: The room was very basic. Valve didn’t work properly on a very old radiator and the cold tap on the bath/shower didn’t work.
