  No fruit platter on arrival as discussed as a surprise. Room poor quality for money

  Lovely hotel, just one or two issues

  Liked: Lovely rooms, comfy beds, nice towels and bedding, staff polite and friendly, most of the food

  Disliked: The uneven floor in our room, the bathroom, hallway.and bedroom. At breakfast, ie continental breakfast, everything came at once - the coffee, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, pastries, pain au chocolate, croissants, and toast. Toast stone cold and rock solid by the time we got to that part.
