Exceptional
a pleasant stay
Liked: a nice place，near city center
Liked: Lovely comfortable accommodation. Co-op and sainsbury close by. Very nice Chinese on your doorstep and bus stop accross the road with buses every 15 minutes.
Disliked: Can't fault the place. Too be picky 10am is an early checkout. 11am would be more favourable.
Exactly what we were looking for for a short stay, thank you
Liked: The property was decorated really nicely, it was well placed for our daughter’s graduation and we had a lovely stay. The communication with Mo was great too, he was really responsive, particularly to phone calls. Lots of added extras like washing up powder, coffee, toiletries etc. which were much appreciated.
Disliked: It was quite warm at night and we would have loved to have some fans.
Great base for attending Durham Brass Festival, easy to get into town centre by bus or taxi
Liked: Well equipped, clean and comfortable. Thoughtful touches such as water in the fridge and snacks!
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Perfect location for Durham centre, 10 minutes on the Bus. House was comfortable and well equipped with plenty of shops and places for food close to the property. Also a couple of pubs down the road.
Disliked: My only criticism was there was no Cutlery in the house which seems strange as it is equipped with everything else you could need.
Overall it was very nice stay
Liked: It was very clean and tidy.
Disliked: Everything was there apart from the spoons and fork.
