Fabulous
Friendly with everything we needed
Liked: Very friendly staff. Free parking. Tea and coffee making facilities in room.
Disliked: Room was slightly cold on arrival but soon warmed up with the heater supplied. Radiators were on and duvet was very cosy.
Liked: The bed was exceptionally comfortable
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a shower rather than just a bath
Nothing was too much trouble, central spot, good menu and great value beers
Liked: Fantastic place to stay and the staff extremely helpful and kind. Just a short walk to the Cathedral.

Disliked: The bacon was very over cooked.
Conveniently located room above a busy pub
Liked: Very conveniently located, and parking (although very tight) is a boon. Separate entrance from the pub, which can get very busy (but was empty before midnight). Very clean, especially the bathroom. Bottled water provided, replaced daily. Plenty of water pressure in the shower. Secondary glazing to help keep street noise out.
Disliked: Mattress hard for our taste. Space a bit tight (room 2). Space-saver basin not easy to wash in.
