Guest reviews
Fabulous
Spacious house but overpriced
Liked: Clean and spacious. Staff responded quickly to a problem with a broken kitchen bin found on arrival, but the property should not have been presented without a functional kitchen bin.
Disliked: As above. Also vastly over priced due to owner/agency capitalising on graduation week. Beware, and if in this situation book early!
Lovely modern and comfortable apartment
Liked: Location was very convenient. Everything was very clean. Comfy beds, good facilities and TV. Lovely artwork on walls.
Liked: Well appointed, comfortable and clean. The layout and location suited our family perfectly.
Beautiful property, great location
Liked: Beautiful property, great location.
Disliked: A little tricky to get into (inside door lock was very tricky) and would have appreciated knowing there was no shampoo and conditioner provided but other than that all good.
We enjoyed our stay here in a comfortable house
Liked: The location was very good, once we’d worked out that it was only 200 yards to the bus stop where there were frequent buses into central Durham. You can also walk, but Durham is hilly! The area around the house is residential and quiet. There are plenty of places to eat in central Durham and we found a brilliant Italian restaurant within a 5 minute level walk (Antico Restaurant).
Great location and size
Liked: Great location for a short stay and good size for a group.
Disliked: Property was a little tired in places and smelt of dog downstairs. Property advertises 4 beds but one is a sofa bed and you have to pay £50 extra if you want bedding.
