Exceptional
Excellent property
Liked: Lovely clean and well equiped property. Everything you might need. Heating really good in the cold weather. As well as a parking space for our car. Location also excellent. We didn't need to use the car at all. Everything was within walking distance
Disliked: Everything was really good
Liked: The house was lovely. Would probably suit folk with a car or with better mobility than me but otherwise faultless. The house was extremely clean and comfortable and surpassed expectations. It was very thoughtfully decorated and every comfort thought of.
Disliked: We had a huge problem getting the security code and nearly had to go home and cancel our visit. The code had been sent to my works email address and no text, whatsapp or phonecall. There was no help at all from booking.com as they needed passwords which had been left at home and we spent nearly two hours trying to find a contact telephone number for the property. In the end i had to call a work colleague who was on holiday to drive into the office and hack into my email account. We will not use booking.com again. However, the house itself was delightful. We spent the entire afternoon on Friday extremely stressed and almost going back home.
Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: Surrounding area not very attractive
Well recommended property
Liked: The house was immaculate, comfortable, and spacious.
Disliked: I can't fault the property in any way. It was lovely
Liked: The property is very clean. Close to the city centre, an easy walk to Durham Cathedral and Castle. Highly recommend.
