Great stay fior a few days to visit Durham
Liked: Large, well equipped, comfortable place
Disliked: Only minor points around the equipment- instructions for heating and the tv would be helpful.

Disliked: There were two bathrooms, but none of them had a proper wall mirror and we got one hand towel for each bathroom. I would have preferred my own hand and facial towel

Liked: Great Location, well appointed
Disliked: TV box didn't seem to support uk terrestrial TV. ww couldn't find them. All streaming.
Basic accomodation not worth the money
Liked: Its location. Good showers.
Disliked: All very basic. Not enough cutlery. Bare minimum crockery. Kitchen door missing. Blind in kitchen broken. Bedroom widow mechanism Brocken.No dishwasher. No anti slip mat in the bath. Lounge lacking decor. No hanging space in one of the bedrooms. Bathroom tap was loose in en suite.Stairwell had rubbish on the stairs. No instructions for location of bins.It all felt like typical student accomodation for a premium price. Not good value.
