  Great location, nice flat

Liked: The property was lovely and the living area was spacious. The location was brilliant and really central with easy access to main roads. It was good to have a washing machine and clothes horse, and nice to have an area to work too.

Disliked: Communication could have been slightly better - when I arrived the property hadn’t been cleaned, and the host was able to fix that and refund me, though the cleaners also turned up the next week without prior notice. The water can be a bit intermittent but if you wait long enough it does come back and stays hot. The main issue is that the parking spot is often blocked by cars from a neighbouring property, which led to delays getting to work and eventually I just paid to park elsewhere so I wouldn’t keep having that issue. The host was kind and very apologetic but it’s not their fault and there isn’t much they can do about it remotely.

Liked: This is a delightful place in a central location in the town. The off-road parking is invaluable. The layout of the flat was really nice and we felt quite at home.

Very enjoyable. Unfortunately it was a heatwave in the UK so the flat was pretty hot

Liked: Great location. Good size. Kitchen was great and included a washing machine. Free parking at rear.

Disliked: Very hot in summer. No airconditioning and windows in front conservatory didn’t open.

Was ok good position to explore Exeter.probably go somewhere else next time

Liked: An apartment is always better than a room.

Disliked: The small bed. A few trip hazards. The curtains were too long beside the bed, the rug in the bedroom and the lounge were not flat. The parking was difficult. Firstly poorly explained by the owner and secondly extremely difficult to access.
