  Pity of the room insulation

  Liked: Location excellent and appearance of building good.

  Disliked: Very poor sound insulation between rooms. Not impressed by eating area in pub.

  Midweek stay in Exeter

  Liked: The convenience of parking, ease of accessing the building and upper floors. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, warm and comfortable.

  Disliked: Be good if there was a small fridge in the room and a telephone maybe. Other than that all good.

  Just found my new stopoff hotel for Exeter

  Liked: Right at Exeter Central. Large ensuite with bath. Roomy for a single. The tea tray is solid, to take off to be able to work at the desk. Checkout is noon - excellent!

  Disliked: The bed is the old spring type, which bothers my hips. But aside from that, the room was perfect.

  OK. Comfortable but not the cleanest

  Liked: Location was great and the rooms were big. The bed was comfortable and the member of staff was friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: The bed had hairs in it and there was only a double duvet on the king size bed. The receptionist brought up another single duvet though when we asked for one. The sink was blocked, the toilet had things floating in it that wouldn’t flush, there were toothpaste splatters on the wall in the bathroom and one of the glasses in the bathroom had toothpaste in it.
