Great location for a short stay in Exeter

Liked: Cosy, everything I needed to cook, relax available. Hot water available all day and a cosy ambience with the beautiful decor and lamps in the evening. Table setting was a welcome sight on arrival. Location is perfect for visiting the lovely city of Exeter.

Disliked: The shower was quite dated and old. Initially I thought it was dirt but was actually wear & tear. The apartment is on quite a busy, noisy road so not very peaceful at night. Lower apartment also so lots of other tenants coming and going and passing the door.

  Enjoyable stay!

Liked: Location was a short walk from the bus station and local shops/cafes. Free car parking space was useful. Receiving complimentary tea and coffee facilities was a nice touch.

Disliked: A strong sewage smell from the bathroom.

Adequate for a short stay. Would have been nice to have a washing machine and ability to open windows

  Liked: The location

Disliked: The modem was not working throughout our stay, so we did not have Wifi and the TV was therefore also not working. Being ground floor and street facing meant we could not safely open our windows during the heatwave. We also overlooked the fact that the apartment had no washing machine.

Lovely location. Host was easy to contact but TV and WIFI not fixed during our stay. Nice to have parking at the rear

  Liked: Central location. Nicely decorated.

Disliked: TV not working, no WIFI - host said there had been an issue that was currently being resolved.
