Good
Very disappointing. Totally unsuitable property for anyone.with mobility problems. I have other photos to prove my point
Liked: It seemed the priory had been decorated fairly recently. There was adequate equipment
Disliked: There was a leak in the lounge ceiling which we stopped from flooding the lounge with a saucepan. When the maintenance man came he climbed into the loft and told us he had moved a b barrel under the leak in the roof so it shouldn’t leak anymore. The stairs to the property were painted black there is no hand rail. They are hazardous. Initially the stair lights did not work. The maintenance man came and detected the problem with a three way switch. He advised us to leave the lights on. The property is situated on a busy main rd with double yellow no parking signs, so we could not unload the car outside safely. The car park designated to us was approx 1/4 mile away. The toaster fused the lights so we were not able to use it. There was a full tin lid of cigarette butts on the outside veranda. The garden is obviously being re-wilded. On the fifth night the gas boiler stopped working so we had no hot water or heating. The host responded but we said not to bother as we were leaving early on the Tuesday. The property was superficially clean but the oven was dirty and there was little food storage space apart from the fridge. The toaster had to be moved to be plugged in as there was no electric socket near it.
Passable
Liked: Many areas were not clean. Empty soap boxex and shower gel bottles left, three dirty plates, some dirty spoons, dust under the telly. Parking instructions should have been sent before arrival as parking is some walking distance away.
Really enjoyed and will use again
Liked: The property was clean and well located for Exeter city centre. Lucy was very helpful and easy to deal with.

Disliked: There was 5 of us all together and had to use the sofa bed which was a little hard and a bit uncomfortable to sleep couldn’t sleep on there for too many nights.
