Disliked: Windows open onto main room, so couldn't open them in a heat wave.

I recommand it for anyone who is thinking to go here

Liked: I loved the place because it was very clean and felt like a little home to myself. And also a good location because it was close to the centre and u can just go anywhere nearby

Disliked: There was nothing i didn't like about the place. A 10/10

Liked: Key box all worked fine

Disliked: Instructions for finding property aren’t clear. I ended up at the wrong part of the street and a kind neighbour helped me find it!

Liked: Well furbished, great appliances. Everything looks new. Very good location. Excellent value for money

Disliked: If I was pushed, the couch is smallish but our teenager vouched it's still very comfortable to sleep on.

  Liked: Location

Disliked: The host forced an insurance buy to cover the so called damages. As its a unattended check in there is no way to prove any damage claim unless you take pic of every nook and corner. Dissatisfied and disappointed

Clean, centrally located studio apartment – perfect for our university open day visit on a perfect, sunny Devon weekend

Liked: Well located for Exeter centre. Well equipped and clean. Double bed comfortable. Fan was effective in mitigating summer heat. Easy check-in/out procedure.

Disliked: Fridge wasn’t particularly cold on arrival. No bottom sheet for futon (bed for third person), and daughter complained that it wasn’t awfully comfortable. Towels a bit small! Instructions asked us to take our refuse and recycling bags out to the bins, but we couldn’t find any bins to put them in! (Ditto our neighbours on either side.) Microwave, bedside and wall clocks all showed completely different times. Could do with ‘butt bin’ outside barrier.
