just a couple of improvements would make it so much better, esp beds & shower. over-priced

Liked: nicely decorated, clean, convenient location, quiet

Disliked: the online check-in process with too many texts and emails, struggled to pay a deposit using their system. also beds not that comfortable - mattress toppers would solve that, needs a better shower

Convenient postion for a short stay in the lovely city of Exeter

Liked: The house was in a very convenient location for the city centre. Central heating worked well and there was a good shower over the bath and plenty of hot water.

Disliked: We arrived on a very cold, damp day.it would have been a courtesy to have turned on the heating a couple of hours before we arrived to warm the house up. The position of the TV was not right. There is no natural light in the main room. The lighting in the kitchen was not good enough. Lack of a loo upstairs was annoying.

Liked: The location, the comfort of the home
