  Lovely for two

Liked: Lovely compact apartment, clean and tidy. Very quiet location. Great location to cycle along the river Exe to Exmouth and train back to Topsham. Short drive to Exeter and Budleigh Salterton.

Pleasant stay very convenient for Exeter and the coast

Liked: Good location for visiting local area. The accommodation was very clean and had everything that we needed. It was warm and comfortable with a good amount of space and parking right outside.

Disliked: View from windows was of courtyard only.

  Great property, great location

Liked: The property is great. The apartment was clean, well-appointed and comfortable. The location was extremely convenient for me as it was very close to the motorcycle training facility I was at daily. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
