  Nice space in a great location. Everything we needed for a great weekend in Exeter

  Liked: Great location for visiting daughter at Exeter uni. Walking distance for shops and restaurants yet really quiet. Nice space with all we needed for a comfortable weekend break.

  Disliked: All was good. The stairs are very steep and narrow so may not suit elderly guests.

  Great value spot in town centre

  Liked: Very clean, modern and comfortable. Looking just like the photos.

  Disliked: Parking was very limited - managed to find a place but very tight - no good for larger vehicles. But was walking distance to everything once you got there.

  Liked: Lovely little place. Great location for walking into the centre. Very clean and modern with lovely fixtures and fittings. Furniture is clean and high spec. The online details and welcome include all the relevant details for the apartment and are incredibly comprehensive, even including videos. It's the best I've ever seen and I travel a lot.

  Disliked: Parking. If you have a car you need to be aware that the 4 slots outside the property do not belong to anyone and are called free parking which means they are on a first come first served basis. If you get a space you are lucky and be aware it is tight for manoeuvring. I had a particularly bad time trying to procure a space and the area surrounding the property has parking for a 2 hour limit. All in all this was the biggest irritating issue for me and could cause problems. No shower gel. Very narrow winding stairs. Not good for older people or large suitcases.
