  Conveniently located, excellent value for money

  Liked: The location was good for access into Exeter. The neighbourhood was quiet. Duncan was helpful with the parking permits.

  Disliked: There’s just one bathroom but we soon got organised to use the facilities.

  Easy in, easy out, great communication with host, clean property that's well decked out, lovely gard

  A really lovely stay in extremely comfortable surroundings

  Liked: The house is lovely and super central. Duncan the host is unbelievably accomodating and helpful.

  Disliked: It could have had more of the basics like kitchen roll and maybe a small starter pack of a small bottle of milk but I'm being really picky here!

  Great space for a group stay in a great location with attentive host

  Liked: Great location. Easy parking. A 15 minute walk into town centre in a pretty residential area near to a corner shop and a bakery. Nice comfortable space for our group and outside space. Owner really responsive to make sure we had a comfy stay. Nicely decorated space.
