  Excellent for Uni visit

  Liked: Nice studio flat in excellent location. Shop across the road - particularly liked that there was basic things to use, ie washing up liquid/tea towels etc The host and cleaner were brilliant. I confused my dates and they were sympathetic and I left some belongings which they returned to me I was staying there as my student son had surgery and it was perfect ( sofa bed was comfortable enough for me) I walked into the city, the quay and up to Uni campus

  Disliked: You should just be aware that you get a parking permit during your stay but I had difficulty finding a space, and twice I had to use a public car park 15 minutes away. The whole area is like this

  If you like gentle walk this is the place

  Liked: Its location. No stairs into property other than by the gate. Close to Exeter City FC’s ground. Plenty of facilities
