    Comfortable stay

Liked: The host was extremely helpful, quick response to my questions. We was able to leave the car in the parking space for the flat before check in. Things like tea coffee and even milk was left which was great. Really easy walk into town meaning no added expense for taxis. Flat was very comfortable for 3 of us. Would definitely book again when needing a place to stay in exeter

Liked: It had everything we needed. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was compact.

Disliked: It smelled liked old cigarette smoke. There was black hair in the bath. There are steep stairs to get down to the flat which is not ground level, but below. No drying rack for clothes. No fans or airconditioning.

    Great little flat x

Liked: Lovely little property. Great location and very accommodating owner.

Disliked: Only two things: no duvet or pillows for the fold out couch and no body wash in the bathroom.
