    Good location but tired house

Liked: It’s in a very convenient location for the city and the quay so ideal for a weekend.

Disliked: There are a few things it would be worth looking at 1. The house wasn’t well cleaned. There were cleaning rags left out on the radiator and the carpet had stains and fluff in the bedrooms 2. The house is very tired. The beds are not of a good quality and concave when you lie on them. The linen could do with a refresh 3. I am not sure the carbon monoxide alarm in the bathroom was functional as the power light should be flashing

It was okay for the price

Liked: It was okay and clean.

Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable, it was sunk at the middle of one side. It really needs replacing 😉 the grass in the garden was not cut. The location os not the best. 10 mins walk to park your car. And it’s not easy to unload outside the property. Thin walls and noisy neighbours.

    Exceptional

Liked: A wonderful house that I can't wait to come back again, you feel like you're at home with everything you need, just a TV that you could make a small change along the way with something bigger...otherwise everything is wonderful

Cosy warm place but beds uncomfortable

Liked: Great location, nice shower and one comfortable bed.

Disliked: Staying somewhere decent requires a good night sleep and a shower. Out of the 6 beds, 3 were comfortable. The upstairs bed has a 6inch dip in it, and needed replacing 15years ago so not easy on anyone back. Rubbish and waste strewn all around the front of the house, that seagulls feasted on at 4am in the morning, so anyone staying downstairs on the sofa bed had that noise from outdoors and the incessant dripping of the kitchen tap as there is no kitchen door. Host had the rubbish cleared from out front, after several messages, the next day but it did feel like an obvious issue in Exeter that was foreseeable. Furthermore, host shared that parking was free on Sunday yet we got a ticket, so worth enquiring independently rather than relying on hosts guidance.
