  a lovely, cosy and convenient house to stay with friends

  Liked: I loved the location, I didn't realise how close the property was to the city centre (literally a 2 min walk max). Surprisingly the neighborhood was lovely and quiet too so it was so easy to get a good nights sleep. It was such a good location to get groceries, as well as being able to look around and explore Exeter! I also loved the variety of options to watch on the TV!! The living room was so cosy. The house was great, clean and me and my friends were able to comfortably feel at home!! It was so easy to navigate around the house as everything was so close together! In addition, the beds were SOO comfy!! I would defo book again the next time I come to Exeter:D

  Easy access to the city and considerately furnished

  Liked: Plenty of space, comfortable space to spend time. Well equipped.

  Disliked: I am pretty fit and mobile and struggled stepping out of the bath/shower and banged my head every time on the sloping roof. The route from the centre to the flat often had a group of people hanging around which was unsettling at times.

  Comfy cozy central and a great little place to stay 👍🏻

  Liked: Location very central

  Disliked: Not a complaint but hadn’t realised until just riot to arrival that the parking was a bit hot and miss at the public parking. Always a bit worried we would find a space, Hadn’t appreciated the bathroom was downstairs.

  Liked: The host reacted quickly and offered to clean the rooms again.

  Disliked: The house is quite cute but not clean enough. There was hair on the duvet and dirt in the bath. Also the rooms smell a bit strange.

  Disliked: The house is comfortable and matches the description, but unfortunately the kitchen was not properly equipped: there were no pots for cooking. Since I rented the place specifically to prepare my own meals, this was a big drawback. I recommend that the hosts improve this aspect, as it makes a real difference for guests choosing a place with a kitchen.
