  Disappointing - given a room which the gym faced into - awful and noisy

  Liked: Breakfast okay but not clear enough on what is gluten free or isn’t ie sausages, potato items breads etc etc so although I pay for a full breakfast I can only safely have items I know for a fact are gluten free like eggs bacon tomatoes and mushrooms the rest is a guessing game

  A great location for journey from Portsmouth to Penzance

  Liked: Great relief after long journey. Just a little way to walk from car to room,plus stairs for a disabled man- however the upgrade to executive room was well worth it!

  Disliked: Only the outside walk from car to room and restaurant- no big deal in fine weather!!

  more than comfortable

  Liked: bed was very comfortable, reception staff lovely and welcome was appreciated after a 3 hour car journey with my pet the dog bed, food bowls and treats were a lovely surprise too!

  Disliked: nothing really, maybe an enclosed bit of space to walk my dog as hotel is located on a busy road island
