The Telstar provided good overall value for money but a poor nights sleep

Liked: The Staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was good. Check in was very simple, and the room was a good size. The location was close to the main train station which was convenient. The bathroom was also good, and very clean.

Disliked: The property was very noisy, especially at night. The wind rattled the windows, and there was sounds of neighbours and hoovers going through the night. The beds were not the comfiest either, so sleeping was very difficult. The room was too hot, and hard to air properly. The shower pressure was also bad.

Disliked: Heating not working in room, bed very creaky and light on outside our room all night without adequate coverage on our door which had a window.
