  Great central location

  Liked: Close location to where I needed to be. Staff lovely. Hot towel rail and plenty of towels.

  Disliked: Small pokey room, water tap kept on leaking in sink. Shower was so powerful when you turned it on that water went everywhere

  Liked: Very friendly staff, the location is superb and the room was fantastic! Spacious, nicely designed and included lovely touches like a welcome card. I wish I'd spent more than one night here.

  Exceptional

  Liked: Wasn't expecting it to be to the standard it was because of the price. Provided everything you could need including earplugs,eye mask long side everything else. Cleanliness was exceptional. Even the little brownie and card left out for the guest

  Brilliant place to stay

  Liked: Staff were brilliant, Luke in particular. I needed assistance and nothing was too much trouble for Luke. This was the perfect way to look after guests, highly recommend and very impressed, thank you.
