  Carpet disgusting

Liked: Good points first: bed comfortable Good breakfast Shower hot But the reason this gets such a low rating is the carpet absolutely stank. I saw it was new carpet in the hallways but the room carpets desperately need replacing. I tried dousing it with body spray to no avail, but it really marred my stay. I feel for the poor student that gets this hall in term time.

Liked: The only negative aspect of the stay was parking, given that you advertise free parking and the picture shows a large parking area. Otherwise a cute room with enough of what I needed for a night away. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, thank you all
