  Ok

  Liked: Nice and new

Disliked: The end of corridor coffee/tea bar. Hot water splattered on feet and wouldn’t turn off so caused a mini flood. At least put in a communal nespresso.

Great choice for a short stay in Exeter, very comfortable room and eco friendly a bonus

Liked: Good room and shower, varied breakfast, great English. Location just outside of town, car park, EV chargers, pet friendly.

Disliked: The room is on the smaller side but to be fair had everything we needed. Car park is an additional charge.

A beautiful modern hotel within easy reach of Exeter

Liked: It was a real find: a newly opened hotel with beautiful views over Dartmoor with easy access to Exeter. I loved the vibe: modern and comfortable. It was exceptionally clean and the staff so friendly. The food in the restaurant was delicious with locally sourced produce. It was within easy reach of the university with a direct bus to the campus. I would certainly choose the hotel again.

  Disliked: Nothing.

Great stay, lovely staff, clean & comfortable hotel

Liked: This is great hotel, clean, modern, comfortable with lovely staff. The rooms felt cosy, calming, bed was so comfortable as were the duvet and pillows. Quiet too.

Disliked: Only thing was it was hot in the room, we used the fan and that was better, no air con as eco hotel, co up don’t figure out if we could cool the room with system they had, but fan worked. Shower not powerful.
