lovely quiet location and house--comfy--lovely owners live next door

Disliked: no washing machine made it difficult for us over the week.

Potential to be brilliant but just wasn’t!
Liked: Great location for Exeter, had the potential to be super but just lacked a good clean inside and out
Disliked: Dusty, sheet on the sofa bed was used and hadn’t been cleaned, outside area was grubby… there was a rug on the table and the outside door mat was in pieces and not in place, the hot tub was in the car park and not private and cost an extra £30 which wasn’t on the booking information
Great location homely stay great value for money. Lovely host very attentive
Liked: Really homely stay, facilities were clean. Beds were comfy, and we were provided with a lot of cooking utensils there were even games provided in the drawers. The wood burner is a very nice touch to the place. Would recommend it for what you’re paying.
Disliked: Unfortunately, we weren’t able to use the hot tub. However, the host were kind enough to offer a generous refund so cannot comment on the hot tub
