Excellent hosts. Lovely breakfast with great produce. Room but cramped with too much furniture for size of room

  Liked: Nice period property

One of the best breakfast we’ve ever had! The hosts are fabulous and it’s a lovely short walk to everything we wanted to

Liked: Amazing hosts and great location

Disliked: We loved it but would request an upstairs room next time away from the dining room as it was a little noisy in the mornings

Great hosts, very characterful and clean accommodation

Liked: Nick and Patrick were the most perfect friendly hosts! The breakfast was amazing and the whole experience demonstrated real care and attention to detail. The bathroom was sparkling and the bed very comfortable.

Disliked: The bathroom was quite small which was a little challenging for my husband who is 6 ft 6 inches but otherwise it was very good.

Liked: Baytree is more than a B&B it is a haven of good hospitality, friendliness and superb breakfasts. My trip was solo to begin with and I can highly recommend Baytree for sole female travellers.

We stayed at this hotel as it was close to the Great Yorkshire Show

Liked: It was beautifully maintained but not suitable for people with limited mobility
