Breakfast was Luke warm
Liked: Staff were courteous and efficient.
Disliked: The sink plug did not seal so I could not wash/shave properly in the morning when I found it in that condition. When I reported it at breakfast staff knew about it and were waiting for spares to repair, but why was I even offered that room In the first place?

Liked: A lovely, luxurious place that was in the centre of Harrogate. It was a pleasure staying there. The breakfast was superb, and the staff were all very helpful and friendly.
