Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Seating area outside with heaters very relaxing. Love sitting there with a pint watching the world go by.

Disliked: Noisy neighbours above us. No consideration banging furniture around.

Enjoyed my stay and would happily return. The separate bathroom was my mistake when booking; I'd choose an en-suite

Liked: Great location Clean rooms Nice breakfast Friendly staff

Disliked: The room felt a little dated and had a residential-lounge style!

  Lovely for a short break

Liked: A great location with everything in Harrogate within walking distance. A lovely breakfast with lots of choice and good quality food

Disliked: Our room was very small and overlooked the car park. It was adequate for a one night stay but I would not have liked to spend much time in such a small room

  Extra charge for parking

Liked: The Fat Badger internal pub. Location. Staff helpful. Good breakfast with lots of choice

Disliked: Additional charge of parking. This was not mentioned prior to booking. Chose this hotel for parking and paid more than usual but then an additional charge of £15 per night added on arrival.. Room smaller than expected and only on par with cheaper motel chains. Mould in bathroom on shower head, behind taps and under basin.
