Too dirty to stay even one night. Landlord terrible customer service and refused to refund

  Liked: It was very central

Disliked: It was very unclean. Beds had not been changed and there were black dog hairs on the bedding. They sent cleaners the next day after we complained but we couldn’t sleep on the dirty beds so vacated from the first night.landlord refused to refund!

Excellent location, let down a little by slow internet and the toilet/bedrooms a further floor up

Liked: Location was excellent, opposite the bus station and train station and very close the town centre.

Disliked: We thought everything was on one level, however the bedrooms and bathroom are on the next floor from the kitchen and living area. The internet connection speed is far too low to cope with streaming services and the TV ha no built in freeview arial to watch TV. I had to resort to using my phone hotspot to stream TV/Phones.

Only one thing let it down

Liked: Apartment in excellent location. Clean and well equipped. Parking at front of railway station is maximum 4 hours so had to use car park at the back luckily we're able to unload outside apartment. Would definitely use again

Disliked: No pillow protectors on bed and there was blood on one of the pillows. This must have been noticed when bed was made up.

Over all this was a very positive experience on all levels!

Liked: The location was ideal for our needs and the facilities meant we had a comfortable stay. The host was very friendly and receptive when I contacted him. The price was fair too. We would certainly stay here again!

  Disliked: Nothing springs to mind.
