  Brilliant stay, would stop again

  Liked: Great location. Great facilities, has everything you could need! Nice touches like local toiletries and ear plugs in the bedroom. Very quiet considering the central location. Spacious rooms.

  Disliked: Some areas look a bit tired but understand that comes with regularly used short lets. Didn’t affect our stay but maybe a few touch ups would elevate it. No recycling facilities.

4. **Accessibility and Stairs:**

- Our property has stairs leading to the entrance.

- While a elevator is available, not all apartments are accessible via the elevator, and some have internal stairs.

5. **Parking Options:**

- Pay and display parking is available on Cheltenham Road (within 66 feet).

- Public multi-story Jubilee Car Park is nearby (within 328 feet) with charges.

- Free on-street parking is available approximately 8 minutes walk away on Duchy Road.

6. **House Rules:**

- Strict no-party policy.

- No stag, hen, or similar parties.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the building and apartments.

- Pets, including service animals, cannot be accommodated.

7. **Minimum Stay and Booking Terms:**

- Usually, a minimum 2-night stay is required.
