  Liked: Facilities and space were excellent so was the cleanliness and location was brilliant for walking into twon.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, the flat had a very bad musty smell especially in the end bedroom which has three outside walls and a raised patio area outside. It was so bad we could not sleep in the bedroom and had to move the mattress into the lounge each night to sleep. We tried to ventilate and heat to no avail. Suspect there maybe a damp problem. Also one toilet constantly losing water and every 5- 10 minutes a very loud squeal like a strangled cat would occur - very irritating at night! We did actually think it was a cat from another apartment above or below us for quite some time.

  Lovely Harrogate apartment

  Liked: Lovely lounge/kitchen area. Lovely location. Problem with the apartment above leaking water through to the en suite and main bedroom was handled very promptly. Master bedroom lovely and spacious

  Disliked: One bathroom only had a bath so one couple who were in the second bedroom had to keep coming in to use the en suite shower of the main bedroom. It would be best if there was an over bath shower added to the bathroom. There was also a leak from apartment above while we were there so a bit of a pain, however it was handled promptly. Second bedroom quite small with limited storage.

  Lovely place to stay in the centre of Harrogate

  Disliked: The back bedroom smells of mould. There is a buzzing noise in the bathroom and another air release noise. No salt and pepper. No espresso machine

  The ideal stay

  Liked: A beautiful apartment with the perfect location for a morning run and an easy walk into Harrogate. All the facilities and little touches were there, and the beds were comfy! Would definitely stay again.

Good to know

Harrogate Serviced Apartments are located in various locations in central Harrogate, all within a 5 to 10-minute walk.

Please note that cash payments are not accepted. Payment before arrival is required by debit or credit cards only. A deposit of 30% will be charged at the time of booking and 70% will be charged at least 35 days prior to the arrival date. The address and full postcode that is registered to the card being used will need to be applied to the booking form.

Once guests have chosen the apartment and the booking is made, guests will be sent defined directions and clear instructions by email within 14 days prior to arrival. Failure to bring these details with you may prevent access to the apartment.

Harrogate Serviced Apartments will email you separately with entry details, please check your personal email prior to arrival and bring a copy with you to gain entry. The apartment address is not at the Head Office, please see each listing for the address.

Please note the hotel reserves the right to decline any bookings for large groups.
