Great location. Very comfortable, clean and a quality finish. Excellent host

Liked: High quality, great location, excellent host

Disliked: Limited parking on road. Could do with a few more cooking utensils like; can opener, cheese grater, peeler, colander and a cafetière.

A few niggling things but overall ok

Disliked: The bedrooms are smaller than I expected. The lack of wardrobes was annoying. The light switches didn't seem to work everywhere but they're not a simple on or off. We did contact the host early to let them know but they were unable to solve the issue whilst we were there

    Wonderful if hot water works

Liked: It’s beautifully decorated and extremely well located and very stylish - finished to a very high spec.

Disliked: There was no hot water which mid heatwave and because we were staying 2 nights for a family celebration and dressing up for a birthday was frustrating. By the time this was fixed in the afternoon we had already had to leave for the event and it wasn’t easy to get a response. The WiFi was intermittent and couldn’t send a work email. For such a high end property this was disappointing and post our stay have asked for a discount to reflect this and has no communication at all.

It was elegant, felt very luxurious an absolute gem of a place to stay in Harrogate

Liked: Wow! The location was just perfect, a short stroll into town across the green space. The place its self has so much attention to detail, style, quality and spotlessly clean, what a gem of a property! Lovely touches like the quality toiletries, and complimentary staples of bread & tea, coffee was so thoughtful. Also the communication was friendly, open, second to none actually! Felt extremely welcomed. Will definitely return!

Disliked: That we had to leave 🤣
