Liked: I loved the small touches, the board welcoming me and my family. The milk, the swift response to all inquiries. Great location, Tilly was exceptional, proficient, timely and nice.

Disliked: It was all good, it was a great house.

Liked: A lovely house in a great location right in the centre of Harrogate. Tilly the owner is very welcoming and quick to answer any questions. Would definitely stay again.

Disliked: On arrival in the fading light it was not obvious which was the correct key box, the not in use sticker on the old box has faded and it took us a while to see the correct box (even though it is actually right next to it!).

  A lovely weekend

Liked: The proximity to the centre. Tilly was responsive to any questions we had. Parking permit included which was great.

Disliked: We travelled with a couple of older ladies who struggled with how dark the steps outside the front door were, an outside light would be good.

Excellent location, would definitely book again

Liked: The location for Harrogate Convention Centre was amazing

Disliked: There was only one bathroom with 4 or 5 poeple sharing, so quite difficult in the morning

Excellent property with incredible thought put in to make you feel welcome and “at home”

Liked: Everything! The property was clean and warm and there were so many lovely little touches left for us - a pint of milk and stack of teabags are hugely welcome after a long day at work and travel from London! Host was contactable and excellent instructions about everything were left making everything simple. Extremely close to the exhibition centre for conferences and great late check out time offered. There are plenty of restaurants locally and plenty of options for delivery via Uber eats/Deliveroo etc and short walk to Asda supermarket.

Disliked: The steps to the front door are quite difficult to see in the dark/needed to use torch to open the lock with key.
