Very good
Very comfortable and stylish traditional hotel in a great location
Liked: Room. Breakfast in the magnificent dining room. Sitting in the bar in the evening. The Agatha Christie connection, which I didn't know about before my visit and that the traditional feel of the hotel had been maintained.
Disliked: I would have liked a telephone spray shower head as well as the overhead option. Also the bath was very slow to drain. I would have preferred soap in the bathroom rather than liquid soap and body wash.
Very relaxed stay with excellent staff and service
Liked: An old fashioned but comfortable hotel in an ideal location. Clean rooms and excellent staff.
Disliked: Nothing really as long as you realise that the Old Swan is of a certain age.
