  Overall a brilliant stay!

  Liked: It was a really lovely apartment that has been restored to a truly lovely finish. Many beautiful touches to really bring the space to life. Big and spacious and comfortable! In a really good location within Harrogate. The apartments seem well maintained and very clean! Good information provided also with a booklet within the apartment.

  Disliked: There were people staying above our apartment and you could hear every footstep. They were late in and out early so we were disturbed alot as it really is loud. The carpark is really difficult to access for larger cars as we had someone parked next to us who also had a larger car it was really difficult to maneuver in and out of the space at the back. This isn't related to the apartment as such but there is a morrisons express shop next door and every time sometime goes in or out the door bangs which shakes the apartment and is very loud. As it is an old building there isn't much sound proofing.

  Liked: The location was good.

  Disliked: There were lots of things; the first thing that hit me was it smelled musty and unused and the bathroom smelt unpleasant, the electrics were dodgy; the light would not switch on properly in the kitchen and the dining room light once switches on would not switch off. The sofa bed was broken, we could hear people walking around upstairs which made it difficult to sleep. It was very expensive for a poor experience.

  Liked: Pure luxury, quiet yet everything on your doorstop for being in the city centre. Studio apartment was clean exceptional quality and well thought out I will definitely rebook

  Disliked: What was a pain that there was no milk of any sort which we then had to go and purchase luckily a Morrison’s is next door
