  Well situated for town, clean warm and comfortable stay

  Liked: Bit difficult to find but our host was able to explain how to get to the back of the property, it’s situated in a one way street so had to drive down from the top. It doesn’t actually have a parking space but as it was a weekend we were able to use the office car parking space.

  Disliked: Could have done with a manual for the heating as it came on early morning and we were too hot.

  Perfect place if visiting Harrogate flower show

  Liked: Such a handy location. The property was clean and spacious. Perfect for a short stay with comfortable sitting area and adequate cooking facilities. Towels and toiletries provided too. Comfortable beds.
