Exceptional
Would like to stay again for longer when the weather is nicer
Liked: Gorgeous place. Beautifully decorated with excellent kitchenette. Beautiful large bathroom with free standing bath, separate shower and twin sinks. Extremely clean and well thought out. Philip was there and allowed us to leave our cases early. He also loaned my sister a cable for her iPhone. He is very polite, friendly and helpful. Would stay again without a second thought.
Disliked: Only minor issue was not being able to regulate the shower in the shower stall. The one in the bath was easily regulated.
Central location
Liked: Loved the excellent use of space. The bathroom was enormous. Everything was well thought out and clean
Disliked: Parking!! As we booked last minute there was no option to cancel so after we booked we had a message to say all the parking slots were full. For 5 rooms there are only 3 parking slots. We parked in jubilee car park as recommended but with limited mobility due to knee ops this was not ideal due to how hilly it was.
Only one night but would be a great base for visiting Harrogate

Liked: Comfortable room with a large bathroom in a central location close to theatres and restaurants (and opposite the conference centre)
